Restoring the Self After Narcissism

This 6-week guided experience is designed for those who have been involved in narcissistic abuse or toxic relational entanglements.  More importantly, it is for those who want more than just psychological recovery. We integrate trauma-informed healing practices, spiritual wisdom, and somatic tools to support deep transformation.  Through weekly teachings, meditations, homework assignments, and small-group connection, you’ll: • Understand how narcissistic dynamics distort your identity and inner knowing • Gain new perspective on why narcissistic energy enters our life and what it is • Heal the aspects of self that were wounded by narcissism • Identify and heal the aspects of self who create inner narcissism  • Build healthy energetic and emotional boundaries • Reconnect with the needs and gifts of your true self  • Cultivate stronger inner knowing and intuition  • Reclaim your voice, power, and your right to rest By the end of the course, you'll not only feel closer to recovery — you'll transform: rising into a more sovereign, spiritually anchored version of yourself.
